Fever 100.4-102.5
I have fever ranging from 100.2 to 102.4 since two days and pain in my head and jaw ends, shivering exists too sometimes and i feel light too, dizzy, heaviness in my chest on the left side. Took paracetamol 600. Didnot help. Im 23yrs old,female.
Please let me know whats wrong d0ctor

fever is high and you have pain in jaw ends, with shivering also.
Most probably your tonsills may be infected
with some sinusitis.
Take rest and take plenty of fluids.
gargle with warm saline( with some salt).
check CBC, urine analysis, widal for typhoid and dengue card test to rule out other infections.
