Fetus has Mldly prominent pelvicalyceal
I'm 37 week pregnant , in last scan report says fetus kidney : mildly prominent pelvicalyceal system , more on left , what does it means ?

It means the part of kidney draining urine to ureter(connecting tube between kidney and urinary bladder)is dilated..it may be a temporary dilation or due to some obstruction of urine flow
Next Steps
after birth of the baby follow up scan has to be done and depending on the report then further things are decided
