Fetal Nasal Bone missing

Hello, my sister is a pregnant, and few days ago she was told by her Doctor that her 5 months old fetal is missing Nasal bone (Facial Profile - Abnormal). As a brother, i'm really worried. Would you please help me to more understanding of this situation?
