Fetal heart to the right side

Asked for Female, 24 Years

My wife 21 weeks pregnant and according to current sonography report it seems that the fetal heart is placed at right side. According to report everything is normal excluding the heart position. What I do ? Is in the future may arise some problems with the baby or not. Please guide me about it
