When is fetal echo scan done? , and is it necessary ? If tiffa scan was normal?please let me know about this.

Hi...fetal echo can be done as early after 18-20 weeks ..if scan is normal ,not needed routenly..but in case either mother or father having any congenital cardiac problems ,fetal echo can be done
