Hi, is 104 bpm ok during 1st trimester. Actually my wife is worried about the bpm as doctor said it is less than standard. She is now 6 weeks 4 days. Kindly suggest with your answer and if any diet to be followed for improvance in bpm.

This is normal.. At 6 wk normal is 103-126...no especial diet is recommended for increasing bpm
