Is it a problem if there is no dominant follicle on day 10 of cycle as per iv scan report.

Yes by day 10 dominant follicle selection usually occurs.. However it depends on cycle length.. Also on the medications u hv taken. If u r planning conception and this s the issue u need to be on ovulation induction drugs and accordingly pregnancy cn be planned
