Hi I had undergone scan for folicurestudy on day 11 and day14 frm my previous period on March 21...In that report given is..6 folicules on rigth and 7 folicules in left found DF1 20*14mm DF2 20*17mm But f1 on rigth and f1,F2 on left no growth they had given the report saying no freefuild in pod.. And doc suggusted for Fertigyn 10000 iu.. My doudt is I had folicules of required size to get perganacy..but doc givn injection...and after that also I got period on april 23... So what the report exactly says plz explain me...and should I take letroz again In periods...

I will prefer not to give fertigyn in present cycle.1st of all if you have multi folicular development you should not take fertygyn.Size of more than 19 mm is good enough forhcg inj. But not indicated when u have so many developing follicle

Sometimes it happens in some cycles it’s called LUF That inj is given to trigger rupture of follicle n release of egg when follicle reaches the size of 18 to 20mm Continue ur treatment with ur doc n follow the advice All these shd be done under supervision

Whether you take fertigyn at this stage or not, depends on what medicine you received for ovulation induction (letrozole, clomiphene or injection).
