Ferrous fumarate,ascorbate,sulphate?
I have ferritin level of 30. Doctor suggested to take feronia xt. But there are other iron tablets like ferous funarate, sulphate. Etc. What's the difference between these? Which one is effective?

Iron when consumed with vitamin C leads to better absorption. There ferrous ascorbate is a slightly better option

Ferrous ascorbate has vitamin C which helps in better absorption of iron in the gut. Otherwise all are good.
