It must be very painful but you have to be patient enough. Apply ice on that area. Do not exercise with penis. Give it a rest and a time to recover. Apply betadine or apply any sort of petroleum jelly like vaselin as a home quicky. Definitely consult a doctor if nothing is under Your control.
