Female pattern hair loss
I have female pattern hair loss from past 15years with on and off cycles of hairloss and growth. I am hypothyroid and have pcos. Both are controlled. I used minoxidil last year by consulting  a dermatologist for 5 months and the hair loss stopped and significant growth was seen. Later i stopped using it. Now after 5 of months of stopping it i am seeing severe hairfall where my scalp is seen badly. Consulted dermatologist again anf started using a hair serum(not minoxidil) and supplements from 3 months. But no improvement yet. What could be the solution i should look into?
