I plan to conceive soon.. what are the tests a female and male should get done, before they plan their first baby ? Also my weight is 68 and height 5,5 , Do i need to be worried about my weight?

Take folic acid tablets 3 months prior. You can get a CBC, Thyroid profile, HBA1C, Rubella IGG, and both of you can get infection screening tests like VDRL, HIV, and Hepatitis B testing. Keep up your regular exercise regime, and stay away from smoking and alcohol.
