Care AI Shimmer
Based on the description provided by you, this looks more likely due to cervical disc disease causing compression on nerves.
Next Steps
In this situation the thing that would help most is maintaining your neck posture to neutral position. Avoid making extreme neck movements. Using a medium sized soft cervical collar while you are up and around would help you in maintaining neck posture. Meanwhile continue Nervijen P. If it's finished, take Rejunex CD3 1 such daily for  1month. I do not recommend taking ZerodolP or any other analgesic for long. If you have already taken it for 5 days then don't take it more.
Health Tips
If symptoms persist the same/get worse/ new symptoms develop you would require a neurosurgery consultation for additional evaluation and imaging. Stay safe, stay vigilant.
