Fell on concrete
Yesterday, my wife fell on a concrete floor with her head hitting hard on the floor. Her foot also got sprained (today it's paining a little). Her shoulder was also sprained. Today, she is not able to lift her neck and lot of stiffness is there in the shoulder region. She also has uneasiness swallowing things. Pls advise. Also what doctor to consult? Orthopedic or neurologist?

It may be muscular pain. Start with painkillers like Zerodol-SP or Voveran 100mg 1 tab 2-3 times a day and Pantocid-D 1 cap once daily. Along with this provide hot foamentation and hot water bag. No message with oil or move. It will increase the pain. Do not use pillow. Sleep without pillow. If it still doesn't reduce in 2 days then consult a orthopedic.
