As per the MRI , Displaced comminuted avulsion fracture of the tibial insertion of posterior cruciate ligament is noted with major fragment measuring 11 x 10 mm and showing about 6 mm cranial displacement in relation to parent bone with surrounding marrow edema.
Small subchondral fracture is seen in the anterior aspect of the lateral tibial plateau
Moderate knee joint effusion with fluid in the lateral patella-femoral recess.
