Fell down and hvng headache
Hello doc.my son is of 6 year old today he was riding bycycle and fell down on his head ...he cried alot and complaining severe headache I checked no blood is coming out frm head but he is complaining severe headache and crying he had 1 vomiting also ...plz help me for this
