Feet swelling and pain in toe joints.

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Have feet swelling for 7 days. It is near the juncture of finger and feet. Pains when I fold the fingers of my feet. As far as I know it started after I walked a bit long (2 KM). I'm a 22 Year old housewife who had a delivery in Sep 2016. On medication since Feb 2017 for T.B (non-pulmonary, TB was detected in Lymp node). Now I take Rcinex 600 once a day. Apart from that also have some irregularities in my menstrual cycle since past two months. Not sure if it is any side effect, or some other problem. Not sure which department to consult.
