Feet and palm burning sensation

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Hello, My vitamin b12 or low and my Uric Acid is high my doctor gave me injection for b12 and and medicine for Uric Acid. CBC reports were fine (hemoglobin 14.9, wbc 4.2, platelet count 299 lymphocytes and all are in normal range) ESR 14 CRP increased 7.9 Should i be worried? I'm too anxious these days its been 1 month and i started taking medicine and injection before 10 days and my symptoms are getting better but still is there anything i should do? My doctor also prescribed me lyconutra medicine.
