  4. Feels feverish. Taking paracetamol!

I have cold from past 5days but it's subsiding but I have body ache and feeling feverish but temperature is from 97 to 98.7 . I have cough too but it's little .My problem is fatigue and feeling feverish (no fever as it's normal temperature)which never goes down after taking paracetamol

If cold is recurrent then needs evaluation for sinusitis. If first episode then take some anticold medicines. It not fever. Might be viral or heat stroke.
