Dry cough , cold and body ache

Asked for Female, 25 Years

From a week i am having cold and cough and was havung fever for 2 days i.e last sat nd sun.. i got med from chemists bt there is not much relief to cold and cough. Now i am feeling very low , body ache and dry cough. Plz suggest me something!!
