From past many days, I am feeling weak, fatigue, there is a confusion in mind, blur vision, feeling of sleeping everytime, stressed.
I have been working in night shift since I have changed my organisation i.e. Last 8 months continous with no change in my shift. I ensure I get 7 to 8 hrs of sleep. I work from 6.30pm to 3.30am. I sleep around 5 am and wake up at 1 at noon, still I feel dizzy & stressed. I think I am again suffering from defeciency of
B12. I am vegan but I have started eating non veg but very limited Please advise on this.
