Feeling weak dizzy tired

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Feel a surge in hands legs head mainly when sitting or sleeping. While walking don't feel much of it but little . heartbeat bp sugar normal. Don't know what is causing this. Want to get rid of it. Sometimes feel gag. Restless mostly. Indulge in work like cooking I forget or have no feeling of it. Pls let me know reason
