Feeling weak and sleepy

Hello Doctors, I'm a gastric patient and I'm suffering from it from past 6-7 months now, i was on prescription last month. Though after medications i got better, but from last 3-4 days I'm feeling extremely weak. Like while eating or completing bowel movement i feel extremely weak. The weakness feels as if I'm on drugs. The bloating and burping have again increased, the acid comes out in mouth during night time and have to puke to get better sleep. What could be the reasons for all of this. I'm afraid of colon cancer.

It’s mainly due to gastroesophageal reflux problem so the case will enter into chest and mouth and causing all these problems. So u need endoscopy to see extent of problem If bmcery severe u may need surgery
