Take tab azithromycin 500mg one daily for 3 days.
Tab sinarest one every 8hours for 4 days.
Tab limcee 500mg one morning and one evening for 7 days.

For now, You can take oxymetazoline nasal drops 2-3 drops for nasal congestion
Take tab PCM 650 one/two times a day as required for body pain & feverish.
Antibiotic treatment might be required later, not now.
