  3. Feeling tiredness. To recover from this?

Feeling tiredness
I have tiredness through out the day and report says everything is normal such as BP sugar ECG Etc...and I have fainting feeling is there... if a stand for 10 min my mind told that I have fainting...I can't do regular work for this type of intention.....how to recover from this
