Feeling swelling below the chin n sides
Hi from few days I feel ny face is swollen. Also the sides suddenly look bulgy though m skinny and have not put on drastic amount of wait. A weird numbness inside my mouth n below is there with a little salivation. Attaching pics. I have one wisdom tooth issue also

It appears symmetrical on both sides so is most probably no abnormal but still you need to be sure can get a consultation and palpate it
