Feeling suffocated
I have been living with my in laws due to covid. I feel I am being indirectly blamed for everything. I am dog lover and like playing with dogs,their dog recently became lazy I am being blamed for that too. They say the dog used to be very active I spoiled the dog's behaviour. same things are repeatedly fed into my mind which makes me annoyed.My mom place is also not supportive. My husband too scolds me for silly reasons.i feel like being choked.i am already under pressure due to the fertility treatment I am undergoing.sometimes I feel my heads gona burst and I ll die.pls help

All these are ongoing problems in most of Th. Household. You will have to know others opinion or validation is not required for you to feel good. You yourself knowing your strengths and capabilities is more than enough. You engage yourself in activities which you like and be content
Next Steps
It's the way they think so you can just ignore their comments and be yourself . One more option is you can openly communicate that you are being hurt by their comments - they may like it or may not - at times people won't be knowing till you communicate.
