Feeling stucknes in throt

Hello From last 2-3 months i m feeling pain coming from stomach to throat after taking medicine it gives relief with this problem Now i stared felling something stuck in throat everytime, after taking food and especially in evening it irritating more. Plz suggest what is the problem and medicine for stuckness in throat. Thnx
