Feeling sense of Fear in heart
Since last 4 months I have been feeling some sensation in my heart, can't explain it but It feels something like when coming down on a roller coaster. A sense of fear. It happens atleast twice a day.
Initially I thought it was due to cough, as the problem started after riding on bike for a couple of times last December. But it's summer and yet I have this problem.
Kindly suggest, Is this a matter of concern for me? Is it related to my heart or my lungs?

Its anxiety related symptom. Please get a cardiac check with ECG, ECHO for confirmation.
