While doing normal other chores this sensation is not that noticable. Mild pain in both temples that goes on(not more than 20 second) and off 5-6 times in a day. Experiencing this for about 4-5days. Only throbbing sensation without headache, vommiting, giddiness for 4-5 days is not such serious issue. You are having some metabolic problem because of weight. You can try breathing exercises and meditation for few weeks. This will help in you symptoms and relaxation too. If after 3-4 weeks still problem persisting, then consider consultation.
