I have been feeling weak and pukish since almost more than 2 weeks.. Not sure why

Hi this may be due to active gastritis / presence of gastric ulcer / erosions. Nausea may be due to jaundice, check your colour of urine and eyes. This may be due to electrolytes disturbance. You can take tab. Emeset 4 mg sos for same. Kindly get yourself evaluated soon
