Feeling pain in time of urination

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Pain when urination and whole time inside the penis and also lower belly pain before need pee. Doing USG kub*PVR prostate 18cc. Pvru109cc. And urine's RE&ME result is OK. Doing culture test result is OK. Doing uroflowmetry result OK. Visit urologist and given alfuzosin10 for one month. Complete the course and visit again then docor suggest another alfuzosin10 tab course for one month and again urine's culture test and RE&ME test. It is right?
