Feeling pain in back
Since last week my wife is feeling extreme in backside muscle. The pain is prrsistent and mainly starts little upper from right kidney and ends in right knee. There is no lump like things in this area. The pain is on the right side mainly. Looks like some deep infection is there. She is on Vitamin D medication. She has vitamin D defeciency. Four months back she tested tsh, blood suger, vitamin d and b12, alkeline phoshphrate, calcium. Only vitamin d was problem. 9 months back she did ultra sonography. No kidney stone found. She is not pregnent. Please advice what to do.

Ensure that she maintain an appropriate posture while working or sitting or walking....Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy her minerals and proteins requirement...take over the counter pain medications.. Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.
