Feeling nauseous and dizzi

I had my delivery 4 months ago and in last couple of days I am feeling gassy, nauseous and slightly dizzy. Took gas medicine for last 15 days and felt good. But again. It has started after stopped the medicine. Is it gas or related to vertigo? How to confirm
