I am feeling more stress during night time. so, I am taking ashwagandha powder in milk during night time. It is safe using ashwagandha?? As I was seen in YouTube video. Is there any need to consult a doctor to take ashwagandha?

It is safe to take Ashwagandha powder with milk.now it is available in tablet form also which you can take twice a day .
