Get a stool routine and microscopy done to rule out any worms. Also consult a surgeon for the same

Hello I think you are having mild allergic problem near the anal area.
Please nothing to worry,
1) wash that area with warm water at least two times in a day with a separate soap.
Regarding medications to be taken please try to consult me so that I'll explain what medicine to be applied and how to come out from this problem.
