Feeling low and sad
The problem started with night shift which I did (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM) for 10 months till February. I left my job because of this. Now, i am trying to study but i feel sad and don't talk much. I used to be a talkative boy and very confident too. But i have lost confidence and get depressed in a bit. Also, silly and small things keep bothering me.

Most of the symptoms that you described seem to indicate a Mood Disorder but since you developed these symptoms only after your night shifts for 10 months, I would advise you to get your Vitamin D3 levels and Thyroid tested. Do consult a Clinical Psychologist to get thoroughly evaluated and for appropriate treatment plan.
