Feeling low all the time...

Hi...i feel that here S a huge vacuum in my life... My parents r very supportive but since I stay alone in city... Have not told them about my feelings... M at a crossroad in life where I am supposed to break up with my bf but m not able to...there S a huge emotional dependence....this is something which keeps pulling me down....
