I feel like essential trmour from 1 month when i arch my back and relase i feel like my back is tingling while rest and while abs workout i feel dull pain in my back and when i do head up down then also i feel tingling in my neck like not smooth feeling juttery i feel it is due to neurological thing plz suggest what do do and in nights i feel heart pounding loud and in day also
