Feeling like peeing. All the time.
I am continuously feeling that I have to pee all the time and even after after peeing I am having and urge to pee. There is small amount of urine always coming out also every time I go to pee again. Plus there is itching although I dont know its itching or urge of pee I want to stop.

You need consultation to evaluate your symptoms. These are symptoms of overactive bladder. These can be improved with medication.
