Feeling lethargyafter using Glycomet GP1
Recently we tested HB1Ac test for my mother. It was 7.2. Currently she is using Gylcomet GP1 in the morning before food. She complaining of sickness after taking the medication. And at night she is using Gluconorm SR 500 mg at night after food. Can she use only Glycomet GP1 in the morning and could skip Gluconorm. Please confirm.

To modify the dosage needs present sugar values fasting as well as 2 hour post prandial.
Hba1c shows an average glucose of past 3 months.
Check sugars by glucometer and review.
