Feeling helpless and baffled for life
Can any expert help me out in knowing what small steps I can take to sort out my decisions and life. It seems that I know a lot and I can do a lot but end up doing nothing. Feel lonely many times and goes in super overthinking mode.

Thank you for asking this question. I understand how overwhelming it must be for you to experience this. Here are a few steps that you can take- 1. Create a routine- Write down all the tasks and goals that have to be done and make a schedule that you can follow. Make a realistic schedule that won't cause a burnout and also complete the necessary tasks. 2. Take breaks- While making a routine, always keep some time for a break. In a break you can do a lot of things like self-care routine, meditate, journaling or anything that makes you feel good and refreshed for the next task. 3. Prioritize- From the routine, see the tasks that are really important for you and that contribute for the betterment. Prioritize these tasks 4. Set small goals- Set small goals that are easy to achieve. Keeping smaller goals seems more doable. Set small, realistic goals in a way that leads to a bigger goal you want to attain.
