Feeling gassy from approx 10 days
Hello, I am 24 yrs student. From approximately 10 days continous I am feeling gas in my stomach, because of which my stomach also pain and when I apply massage my stomach the gas comes out but the condition again remains same after a while. I am not able to pass my loo clearly, Also sometimes I feel pricking needle like pain in my left breasts for a very short period of time just for 2s. Please suggest what shall I do.

Dear student, 1. Kindly look carefully into your eating habit. Kindly refrain from watching TV or phone while eating. Subconsciously during fast eating which is common among students, people tend to swallow more air along with food. So chew your food and eat 2. You can avoid spicy food for a while 3. Have a high fiber diet to avoid constipation 4. You can try Pantoprazole tabs and cremaffin syrup in case the above doesn't work
