Feeling dizzy and confused

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Hi. I've had lichen planus for sometime. And I've used corticosteroid called methylprednisolone for about a month now. I've exhausted the dosage about two days back. I'm not feeling really well since then. I've headache and I'm feeling dizzy at times. My body is aching everywhere and I'm feeling nauseated. What should I do about this? Should I wait it out or should I go seek medication?
