Feeling discomfort
Hello Doctor, Back in 2018 once I fell unconscious for a minute during a workout session and felt nausea as well after that I became normal. Again in 2019, I had heart palpitations with 150bpm then when I got admitted in hospital, upon 2D Echo examination, it turned out to be Mild Mitral Valve Prolapse. Recently just as a casual check I took 2D Echo again and same the Mild MVP found. But from the last one week, I have been experiencing discomfort in my chest, shortness of breathe, nausea and lack of energy and too much fear. Two days back immediately I rushed to hospital and that time my heart was at 120bpm and bp was 130/80 and spo2 99%. Doctor said that it was just Anxiety and he suggested beta blocker and felt relaxed with them. But today after doing some household works, I have been feeling chest discomfort, a bit of nausea and a bit left hand muscle pain. I don't smoke at all, I don't eat non veg much as well, I don't know what's happening with me, pls help understand my situation
