  4. Feeling cold. These two problems?

Feeling cold
Sensitive body. I can't bear cold. Also I can't bear fan while sleeping. Get throat infection or running nose or stuffy nose in the mornig. Also I have high bladder neck problem. Very poor flow of urine. Is there any relation between these two problems?
