Feel like punching the wall or breaking
I have a strained relationship with my father and his mere presence can tick me off..I have always felt negative about him since childhood..I feel his mis-treats my mother and I when he is in a bad mood , extremely nice when he is in a good mood..I shout in anger and regret later when he is being nice..I need help , I can't continue like this !!

As per your history your father may have Depression v/s Adjustment disorder so take Family therapy or couple therapy for your parents another history us due of your father like drugs or alcohol inatake or any personality  disorder require detail interview so take help psychiatrist & in your case ,its seem like Adjustment disorder which is treatable along with you have seek professional help : you can take it online also

Rationalise your anger Don’t hold to. Your notions which were formed during childhood If you argue with him or fight with him You will at same level So never exaggerate thing always try to end Try discussion with your father and mother Healthy discussion will lead to happy relations
