2 days before i have a pain in my left side of testes Now from yesterday there is strong willing to go to washroom for urine but there is no urine in my bladder. but it feels like i want to go

Most likely it's a stone in the lower most part of ureter or a urinary tract infection. Do a plain CT scan of KUB region and urine culture and sensitivity test. Based on the reports, you can consult with a Urologist.
