Feel Giddiness though out ghe day
Hello doctor, I am feeling Giddiness through out the day, and also I am getting headache very frequently I wear spectacles , Recently I checked my vision sight, it is found to be normal. I always feel heaviness in the head. Plz help tell me the remedy for this.
