Feel Confuse, dipressed, burden
I've completed engineering in civil. I always feel low, depressed. Confusing, totally decision making disability, lack of concentration, no interest in to do work, feel always commit suicide, feel I have nothing calibre to do in my life. Addicted of masturbation. & when I decide to check up confuse between pshychologist and pshychiatric. & feel insecure that doctor will looted me only.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately
